We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature to help you better understand and act on lead behavior—Engagement Scoring.
With Engagement Scoring, you can now track how engaged your leads are with your campaigns by assigning points to key actions—like email opens, link clicks, page visits, or form submissions. Over time, this gives you a clear view of who’s most active, who’s cooling off, and where to focus your efforts.
This can be accessed under Settings > Manage Scoring.

Create your own scoring rules by assigning points to specific lead actions—like email opens or clicks—to measure interest and activity over time.
You define the actions that matter most to your funnel: (for example)
Email opened? +5 points
Link clicked? +10 points
Webinar attended? +20 points
No response in 7 days? -5 points
It’s that simple—and incredibly effective.
