Seamless Messaging: How to Set Up Textria with Coupon Reach

Managing your campaign messaging just got easier! Textria is a powerful messaging platform that supports SMS, MMS, and voice messages, and it's fully integrated with the Coupon Reach app. This integration allows you to streamline your communication efforts directly within Coupon Reach. Follow this step-by-step guide to get Textria set up and ready for your campaigns.

What is Textria?

Textria is a messaging platform designed for sending and receiving SMS, MMS, and voice messages. Its full integration with Coupon Reach makes it simple to manage all your campaign messaging from a single location.

Let's Get Started! Setting Up Textria

Here’s how to connect your Textria account with Coupon Reach:

Step 1: Navigate to SMS Settings in Coupon Reach

Begin by opening your Coupon Reach app.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Then, open General Settings.

  • Click on the SMS settings tab.

Step 2: Select Textria as Your Gateway

Within the SMS settings tab:

  • Choose Textria as your gateway option.

Step 3: Access Your Textria Account

  • Click the "Go to Textria" button. This will direct you to the Textria platform.

  • Sign into your Textria account.

Step 4: Locate Your API Credentials in Textria

Once you’re successfully logged into Textria:

  • Go to Account.

  • Then, navigate to API Credentials.

Step 5: Copy Your System ID

On the API Credentials page in Textria:

  • Copy the System ID.

Step 6: Paste System ID into Coupon Reach

Switch back to the Coupon Reach app:

  • Paste the System ID you just copied into the corresponding System ID field.

Step 7: Copy and Paste Your Auth Token

Repeat the process for the Auth token:

  • Go back to Textria and copy the Auth token.

  • Return to Coupon Reach and paste it into its corresponding field

Step 8: Select or Purchase a Phone Number

After successfully adding your credentials in Coupon Reach:

  • You can either select an existing phone number from the dropdown menu.

  • Or, click the plus button to purchase a new one if needed.

Step 9: Save Your Settings

  • Once a phone number is selected (or purchased), click Save.
