How to Integrate Third-Party Autoresponders with Coupon Reach

If you want to maximize your email marketing efforts, syncing your Coupon Reach account with a third-party autoresponder is a crucial step.

By setting this up, you can not only capture subscriber information within Coupon Reach but also automatically forward those subscribers to external apps like Aweber, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and others.

This allows you to manage email marketing campaigns directly inside your preferred email application.

Most autoresponders, such as MailerLite, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp, utilize an API key for integration, while others, like Aweber, use a direct login connection.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set these up.

Access the Email Autoresponder settings in the Settings tab "Email Autoresponder"

Option 1: Direct Integration (Using Aweber)

integrating Aweber is straightforward because it does not require generating an API key manually.

1. Connect the Account: Inside Coupon Reach, simply click the "Connect to Aweber" button and log in using your Aweber credentials.

2. Configure the Campaign: Once logged in, your mailing lists will be integrated into Coupon Reach. Navigate to your Campaigns List and open the specific Campaign Properties you wish to edit.

3. Enable the Autoresponder: Go to the "Autoresponder" tab and toggle the "Enable Autoresponder" switch.

4. Select Your List: Choose Aweber from the list of providers; all your available Aweber mailing lists should appear. Select the specific list you want to integrate with this campaign.

Option 2: API Key Integration (Using Mailchimp)

For platforms that require an API key, the process involves generating a key in your email app and pasting it into Coupon Reach. Here is how to do it using Mailchimp as an example:

Step 1: Generate the API Key

1. Access Settings: In Coupon Reach, go to Settings and click on Email Autoresponder.

2. Go to Mailchimp: Click the Mailchimp tab and select the "Go to Mailchimp" button, then log in to your Mailchimp account.

3. Find API Keys: From your Mailchimp dashboard, click on your account profile photo and select Profile.

4. Create a Key: Click the Extras drop-down menu and select API Keys, then click the "Create A Key" button to generate a new one.

Step 2: Connect to Coupon Reach

1. Paste the Key: Copy the generated API key from Mailchimp, paste it into the API key field in Coupon Reach, and save your changes.
